Family Names

spis

Back to 1770 (so far) there have been many names and other families intertwined with ours, some are related, some are not. “Aunts” and “Uncles” weren’t always blood related but were part of an extended family. This is posted to help anyone who might be looking for a connection to their own list of ‘family’ names. Names of witnesses or Godparents can be helpful in determining if a family is related or not. Sometimes the same named was spelled differently. Various spellings are included.
